Associate Membership
Associate members pay a premium fee of $150 per month in addition to the regular membership fees.
Assessments
In 2017, equity members will pay a $250 capital improvement assessment which will be split into 2 equal payments in May and June.
Monthly Minimum House Account
$125 per person per month based on a 6-month period and split into two 3-month cycles. The Social Leave category minimum is $375 for the year, $187.50 each quarter.
