Hole 1
The first hole is a straightforward par four. The tee is slightly elevated and the fairway gently slopes down towards a medium-sized green guarded by a bunker on the right side. A good start is likely if you can stay on the short grass.
The McBroom redesign took away a flat bunker that was located on the right side of the fairway and a bunker to the left of the green. The fairway in front of the green was sculpted to make the approach more interesting. The blue and white tees are being moved to the left of their current location and will be finalized in the summer.
