Hole 17
The secret is out of the bag! Another awesome driving hole awaits on this clever little par five, and yes there is a pond lurking to the right of the green. The challenge of this hole comes on the sloping fairway with very few flat spots to be found. It's all downhill though, so blast away!!
The McBroom redesign reshaped the fairway and opened up the view of the green. It's a lot easier to go for this par five in two, but beware of the enlarged pond that waits to collect an errant shot. If you aren't a gambler, then lay up to your favourite short iron distance. The green has been slightly reshaped but don't be long because there isn't much room behind it.
