Summer Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent survey. We appreciate the time you spent to provide your valuable feedback. We are very pleased that the overall approval rating climbed to 88.2% this year from 83% in 2024. We are grateful to the members for providing the information we need to improve our operations and gratified to see results in such a short timeframe. 2025 Magical Mystery Tour

Tuesday September 9th, 10:00am departure from Whitevale, 7:30pm to 8:30pm return.
Registration will go live on Tuesday July 29th at 10:00am on ForeTees.
Cost is $150 plus HST per member. This is based on all 24 spots booked. This includes transportation, green fees and all food and beverage.

Deadline for registration is July 26th at midnight.
Please update your notes if you are eligible to play the championship flight.
Your Index must have been 5.6 or lower at one point this season to qualify.
Please note, there will be limited tee times available this weekend.

Junior Golf Scholarship

Did you know that Whitevale GC offers a Junior Scholarship?

This scholarship program, which may have an annual award of up to $1,000, is available to members’ children and grandchildren only. The junior/intermediate member must remain a member in good standing in order for the student to apply in each succeeding year for the scholarship. Each year’s application is independent of the prior years, and a junior member must have at least one year’s seniority with the Club as a member in the year of application.

Applicants must be at least high school seniors preparing to enter an accredited community college or university in the fall term, and attain a minimum average of 75% in the last year of high school.

Application opening and deadlines will be communicated through the Info Tee. More information can be found at: Junior Scholarship

Deadline for application is August 14, 2025.

Bunkers will remain closed until after Club Championships, and will tentatively begin to be open for play Friday August 15
This extra time is required for the sod to mature, for all seems to fill in, to remove all bunker boards and stakes, and gives my Team time to ensure adequate sand has been added and evenly distributed.
Heat stressed turf is recovering with these cooler nights, any lost turf will be reseeded, prioritizing greens
Hot and humid weather seems to be in the forecast again, please remember to stay hydrated if playing in extreme conditions.

Nine and Dine

For all members registered for Nine and Dine, please make ensure that both your meal selection and your guest’s are submitted by Thursday, July 24th. This allows Chef to properly prepare and order the correct proteins. Thank you for your cooperation.
