2.2 Minimum Food & Beverage Charge
A minimum food & beverage charge is applied to the accounts of Equity Members and some types of Associate Members. The minimum is based on a 6-month period, split into two 3-month cycles: the first cycle runs from course opening to July 30th; the second cycle runs from August 1st to October 31st.
Any unused minimum from the first cycle cannot be carried forward, nor can any overage from the first cycle be applied to the second cycle.
Family members with individual account numbers may not apply unspent minimum charges to other family members’ accounts.
Each member who is assigned an individual account number will be responsible for food & beverage minimums.
The amount of unspent minimum appears on the monthly statement. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor and keep track of any unspent minimums. Any amount not spent during the cycle will automatically be charged to the member’s account at the end of the cycle.
