2.5 Member Event Cancellation Policy
All members must give 24 hours notice if they choose to cancel their reservation for any event held at Whitevale Golf Club. If the cancellation notice is not given 48 hours prior to the event date, they will be charged the full amount of their reservation. In the event the golf course is deemed unplayable, by management, then the member will not be charged for their reservation.Revised January 16, 2025
