2.8 Communication

The club newsletter is generally published on the 10th of each month during the golf season. Upcoming flyers on tournaments and events are produced and scheduled to appear on the clubs website two weeks in advance of the event three weeks in advance for social.

Printed material may be displayed in the front foyer, in a picture frame or the cork boards in the locker rooms. They are not permitted be tapped, tacked, glued or otherwise displayed in any other area within the clubhouse.

Only club events are to be displayed. Any other advertising, pamphlets, brochures, business cards or any material not associated with Whitevale Golf Club will be removed unless approved by Whitevale Golf Club.
