Dear Equity Members, 

The Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 1 p.m. in person at the Clubhouse or by Zoom attendance. 

Equity Members in good standing may: 

  1. attend and vote by confidential ballot at the meeting in person at the Clubhouse; OR 
  2. attend the meeting by Zoom* and vote by appointing a Proxy** OR 
  3. vote by appointing a Proxy without attending the meeting
