4.9 Exceptional Junior Dues

This policy is designed to acknowledge the exceptional achievements of individual junior golfers.

Qualifications
Any junior member who attains status on a provincial team or a higher competitive level as approved by the Board.

Process
Members who meet the above qualification may apply in writing to the Board of Directors for Exceptional Junior status prior to renewing their membership. Entry into the category is at the discretion of the Board of Directors. When pre-approval is granted they will be placed into the Exceptional Junior membership category.

Fees
The Board may grant a 50% reduction in the standard Junior membership fee, reviewed on an annual basis.

Privileges
Privileges will remain the same as the Junior standard membership.

The Board will grant this reduced fee on behalf of the Whitevale membership in order to promote junior accomplishments within our club.
