Reporting an Infraction

Should you encounter a problem which you believe warrants action, you need to report it.

For simpler problems that can be rectified on the spot (such as dress code, pace of play, or rules interpretations), you should notify the senior staff member in the Pro Shop (or the most senior staff member in the Clubhouse, depending upon where the problem occurred).

For problems that will require investigation (e.g., treatment of facilities, general conduct), please put your complaint in writing and send it to the General Manager. The written complaint serves as your perspective of what transpired, and will initiate the discipline process. You should also be aware that your complaint may be given to the accused, so that he or she will have an opportunity to respond.
