Reporting & Celebrating a Hole-in-One

  1. Finish your game! Even if you are on cloud nine, you must complete 18 holes to be eligible.

  2. Sign and date your scorecard in pen (and have all of your playing partners sign it), and hand it in to the Pro Shop. You will receive a plaque acknowledging your accomplishment. The Pro Shop will notify the bar to expect you.

  3. When you enter the lounge, you must approach the bar and receive the first drink before the celebration party can begin.  At the beginning of the celebration, a sign with your name and the winning hole will be placed on the bar.

  4. You are allotted a $400.00 bar tab in "free" drinks. The tab will remain open for 2 hours, at which point the sign will be removed. Drinks are limited to beer, wine and house drinks - no mixed cocktails please. Equity Members (and any of their guests) may enjoy a drink on the Club - one per golfer (with the exception of the “ace maker”).  But please, no doubles - this helps us make sure that everyone who is in attendance gets an equal opportunity to "share the wealth" and participate in the celebration.

* Please note, while we are equally proud of their achievement, there is no parking spot or bar allowance for any Associate Members who score aces; they will however, receive a plaque.
